Featured Sponsor Terms
Version 2026-09-12-2 · Last updated: September 12, 2026
These terms govern the purchase of the featured advertising placement on Vectorize. Please read them before paying.
1. Operator and eligibility
The seller and operator is Stefano Monteduro, Via P. De Lorentis 96, 73020 Scorrano (LE), Italy, VAT number IT04404290753. Email: me@stefanomonteduro.it.
The placement is offered only to businesses and professionals purchasing for purposes connected with their trade, business or profession. By ordering, you confirm that you have authority to act for the business identified at Checkout.
2. Placement, price and replacement
The opening placement costs USD 250 as a one-time payment. After a sponsor is published, the next price is exactly USD 50 higher than the amount paid by the current sponsor. The final amount shown in Stripe Checkout is the amount collected. Issuer or currency-conversion charges are outside Vectorize's control.
This is a sequential fixed-price placement, not an auction. Opening the information or sponsor-builder dialogs does not reserve the position. Continuing from a completed card to Stripe temporarily reserves the displayed price for 5 minutes. A later sponsor replaces the current sponsor only after completing the higher payment.
3. How the order works
- Select the available placement and review these terms.
- Submit the logo, brand name, short description, destination URL and card colors and review the live preview.
- Continue to Stripe within the available offer, then enter business, billing and payment information and complete payment.
- When Stripe confirms payment, the prepared card is published automatically, even if the confirmation page is closed.
The Checkout and payment identifiers, accepted terms version and sponsor record are retained as evidence of the order. You can request a copy of the available order information by email. The contract language is English. Input fields can be reviewed and corrected before payment and in the sponsor builder before payment.
4. Duration and editing
An approved card remains featured until a higher paid sponsor publishes a replacement. There is no minimum or maximum featured period and no guaranteed number of impressions, clicks, leads or conversions. While your card is featured, you can reopen its Stripe confirmation URL to replace its logo or update its public details. That editing access ends when the card is replaced.
After replacement, the card moves to Previously featured and is intended to remain there for as long as Vectorize operates that section. This historical listing is not permanent or guaranteed.
5. Sponsor materials and moderation
You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed for the submitted materials and destination, and authorize Vectorize to host, display, resize and technically process them for the placement. Materials and destinations must not be unlawful, misleading, infringing, malicious, discriminatory, sexually explicit, deceptive or otherwise harmful.
Publication is automated and does not imply endorsement. Vectorize may reject, suspend or remove a card that violates these terms, applicable law, third-party rights, payment-network rules, or the security and integrity of the service. You must promptly report a compromised or unsafe destination and keep the submitted information accurate.
6. Campaign parameters and measurement
Outbound sponsor links set utm_source=vectorize, utm_medium=sponsorship, utm_campaign=featured_sponsor and a unique utm_content value. These values replace parameters with the same names already present in the submitted URL.
Vectorize uses DataFast to record aggregate openings of the sponsor purchase dialog and outbound sponsor clicks, including the card position, sponsor identifier, public brand name and destination host. No sponsor analytics dashboard, report, attribution result or measurement accuracy is guaranteed. Your own analytics provider determines how campaign visits and conversions appear in your systems.
7. Payment, invoices and refunds
Stripe processes payment and collects the billing and tax information entered at Checkout. Stripe's payment confirmation or receipt is not necessarily a fiscal invoice. Any document required by applicable law is issued by the operator using the information supplied by the buyer. There is no shipping or delivery charge.
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise:
- being replaced by a higher paid sponsor does not create a refund, credit or prorated payment;
- advertising performance, low traffic or zero conversions do not create a refund right;
- an unpaid Checkout expires after 5 minutes and cannot be completed; no payment fee is charged for an expired unpaid Checkout;
- verified duplicate payments are refunded in full; and
- if a technical failure attributable to Vectorize prevents publication, notify the operator within 14 days for correction or a full refund.
No refund is normally due when a card is rejected or removed because the buyer or its materials violate these terms. This does not limit remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Availability and liability
Vectorize may change, suspend or discontinue the placement or the Previously featured section. Where practical, an active sponsor will receive reasonable notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vectorize is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its aggregate liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Changes, law and disputes
Terms may change for future purchases. The version identified in Stripe metadata and accepted at Checkout applies to that purchase. Italian law governs these terms. For disputes between businesses, the courts of Lecce, Italy have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
