Last updated: September 13, 2026 These Terms of Service govern your use of the Vectorize website, ChatGPT plugin, MCP tools, interactive preview and related logo conversion and export features. By using Vectorize, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. ## 1\. Operator Vectorize is operated by Stefano Monteduro, also known as Stemonte, Via P. De Lorentis 96, 73020 Scorrano (LE), Italy, VAT number IT04404290753. Email: [me@stefanomonteduro.it](mailto:me@stefanomonteduro.it). ## 2\. The service Vectorize converts supported raster logo images into SVG files and may provide previews, editing controls, downloadable exports and optional Brand Kit assets. The service is automated. Results depend on the source image and selected settings and may require your review or further editing. The core conversion service is currently provided without an account and without charge. Features, limits and availability may change in the future. Sponsor purchases are separate and are governed by the [Featured Sponsor Terms](https://vectorize-logo.com/sponsor-terms/). ## 3\. Uploaded files and temporary availability You may submit PNG, JPEG or WebP images that meet the displayed size and technical limits. Uploaded images, revisions and generated files are temporary and normally expire after a maximum of two hours. You are responsible for downloading and safely storing any files you want to keep. Diagnostic retention following a failed conversion is described in the [Privacy Policy](https://vectorize-logo.com/privacy/). Do not submit confidential information, unnecessary personal data, malware or content that you are not entitled to process. ## 4\. Your content and generated output You retain any rights you hold in the images and other content you submit. You grant Vectorize the limited permission necessary to receive, copy, transform and temporarily store that content solely to provide, secure and troubleshoot the requested service. Vectorize does not claim ownership of your generated SVG or Brand Kit files. To the extent Vectorize may hold any rights in service-generated output, those rights are granted to you for your lawful use. You remain responsible for determining whether your source content and resulting files infringe trademarks, copyrights or other third-party rights. ## 5\. Acceptable use You must not use Vectorize to: - violate applicable law or another person's rights; - process content you do not have permission to use; - upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the service; - bypass technical limits, access controls or safety measures; - overload, scrape or automate the service in a manner that disrupts other users or exceeds reasonable use; or - misrepresent generated output as an independently verified design. ## 6\. Review of results Automated tracing can simplify shapes, alter fine details, remove a background or approximate colors and gradients. Inspect the preview and final files before relying on them, especially where enclosed white details, transparency, precise brand colors or production printing are important. Vectorize does not provide legal clearance, trademark searches, color certification or professional design approval. ## 7\. Third-party platforms Vectorize may be accessed through third-party products such as ChatGPT or another compatible MCP client. Those products are operated under their own terms and privacy policies. Their availability, model behavior, attachment handling and interface are outside Vectorize's control. Vectorize is not affiliated with or endorsed by those third-party platforms unless expressly stated. ## 8\. Availability and changes The service may be interrupted, limited, modified or discontinued, including for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. No particular processing time, uninterrupted availability, continued compatibility or permanent storage is guaranteed. Where practical, material changes will be reflected on the website or in these terms. ## 9\. Disclaimer To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vectorize is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded. ## 10\. Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or harm caused by your failure to review or save generated files. For a free use of the service, aggregate liability arising from that use is limited to EUR 50. These limitations do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be limited. ## 11\. Suspension Access may be limited or blocked where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect users or infrastructure, investigate security incidents, comply with law or enforce these terms. ## 12\. Governing law and consumers These terms are governed by Italian law. If you use the service as a consumer, mandatory protections and the jurisdiction rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. For users acting for business purposes, the courts of Lecce, Italy have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise. ## 13\. Changes and contact Updated terms apply from the date shown above. Material changes will not retroactively remove rights that have already accrued.
