## What we can help with

- PNG, JPEG or WebP logo conversion and SVG output.
- Palette, transparency, smoothing and empty-margin settings.
- Expired or unavailable SVG and Brand Kit downloads.
- The Vectorize plugin, MCP tools and interactive preview.
- Privacy, data access or deletion requests.

## What to include

To help us investigate, include:

- a short description of what you expected and what happened;
- the approximate date and time of the problem;
- whether you used the website, ChatGPT plugin or another MCP client;
- your browser, app and device where relevant;
- the error message and temporary revision identifier, if available.

Do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card details or confidential images by email. If an example image is necessary, use a non-confidential reproduction unless support explicitly asks for the original.

## Before contacting support

- Confirm that the source is PNG, JPEG or WebP and no larger than 10 MB.
- Download finished files promptly. Temporary revisions and download links expire after a maximum of two hours.
- In ChatGPT, start a new conversation if recently updated plugin tools or UI are not yet available in the current conversation.
- Retry once after a short interval if processing is temporarily busy.
